Fluidizing board is a necessory part in the powder coating hopper, it features to maintain the powders in motion during long process of powder coating. Fluidization serves to precondition the powders, breaking up agglomerations, removing absorbed moisture, and improving the handling and flow of the powders. It delivers uniform air distribution for diffusing, aerating and fluidizing materials.
These fluidizing boards are easily installed in the hopper, either side up, with a minimum of effort. Modifications can be made with regular metalworking equipment or standard hand tools. 
Shape can be round and square
Thickness: 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm. 30mm
Size of fluidization board can be customized as per requirement.
Venting precision: 1-2 um
