100% Polyester Powder Coating Filter Cartridge

Filter cartridge is ideal for powder recovery. One major advantage of them is that a cartridge system will pulse clean the filters with compressed air to keep the filters clean, and the dust accumulates on the surface and will be pulsed off.

Our filters are made of 100% polyester, which does not require outer screen support to maintain pleat rigidity and strength. Polyester cartridge filters also require less surface area to handle a given air volume. This allows for a wider pleat spacing and fuller utilization of filter media, and together with the higher efficiency that polyester provides, results in the following benefits:
