The usage of 100kV high voltage cascade allows the atomized coating particles from the nozzle with powerful high voltage electrostatic fully, to be quickly and easily adsorbed on the surface of workpiece, which is able to save both time and labour, and reduce powder consumption. Also ensure the high-voltage electrostatic state to be long lasting, increase the utilization rate of powder. Generally, compared with air spraying, electrostatic powder coating can increase the utilization rate of paint by about one time.
