The features of the thermal transfer powder coating:
Products of different gloss are available, namely, high gloss (above 80), semi gloss(50-80), flat gloss (20-50)and no gloss (below 20). The gloss can be adjusted according to the customersdemand.

Transfer printing wood grain powder coating
Description
Sublimation powder coating is also called Heat Transfer Powder Coating because of the process of heat transfer printing.This process is a sublimation process,which is a phisycal-chemical transition of a pattern from transfer paper or film to a substrate which is pre-coated with a special powder designed to be as the base color of this sublimation.
Through this sublimation process countless effects and patterns such as woodgrain, marble, granite, fancies, pictures can be transferred on substrate surfaces.
This series is available in a variety of color, gloss, finishes and shapes.
The coating is flexible and non-sticky paper, so that the prefabricated steel could be coated with this products before post-forming.

Preparation of wood powder coating process
First certain colors sprayed onto the workpiece heating the powder so that the powder is completely cured, the workpiece down to room temperature after the adhesive paste transfer paper and then into the oven bake 165 degrees 20 minutes (due to different workpiece temperature and heat transfer at different times), then the solution out of the transfer paper, washing drying, spray transparent paint.
